One of the easiest routes in Cappadocia starts at Güzelyurt, passes through vineyards, and arrives at the Analipsis Church! After visiting the church, we’ll go into Ihlara Canyon, known as “Türkiye’s Grand Canyon.” The last station will be the underground city of Derinkuyu, one of the largest and deepest of Cappadocia’s many such settlements.

We start at Uçhisar, continue through the single tracks of Pigeon Valley, and arrive at the famous Göreme Open-Air Museum to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia. Then, we’ll pass Meskendir Valley and head to the village of Çavuşin. It’s time to complete the route by switching to dirt roads with great views!

After taking a break in the local teahouses of Mazikoy, riding through the potato fields and passing through the valleys, we'll reach one of the earliest settlements of Cappadocia at Soğanlı.

Starting around Damsa Stream and heading towards Sarihan Caravanserai, we’ll see the finest examples of Turkish Seljuk architecture built in the early 13th century on the legendary Silk Road to accommodate traders and their camels.

On this route, we’ll ride through valleys around Pancarlik Valley and visit cave churches dating as early as the 10th century! After riding through the local vineyards and orchards, we’ll arrive at Damsa Dam. We’ll continue through the single tracks of Gomeda Valley and head back to Ürgüp. A small stream crosses the valley and there are pigeon houses carved into the rocks!
